OREGON TEAM HEADS TO MONZA FOR THE SECOND ROUND OF THE ITALIAN GT ENDURANCE

Oregon Team returns to action this weekend (June 20-21) for the second of four rounds of the Italian GT Endurance, taking place at its home circuit of Monza.

Following a challenging opening round at Misano last May, the team led by Jerry Canevisio and Piergiorgio Testa is aiming to turn its season around. The Pro-class line-up of Enzo Geraci, Guido Luchetti and Artem Petrov will once again share driving duties aboard the No. 36 Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2.

On the 5.793-kilometre Monza circuit, the Cremosano-based squad will be looking to return to the front of the field in what promises to be an extremely competitive event, with no fewer than 39 GT3 cars entered.

The Monza commitment will also serve as a prelude to the upcoming Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe round at Spa, scheduled just a few days later.

The weekend programme will get underway on Friday with two free practice sessions, followed by a third session on Saturday morning. Qualifying will take place on Saturday afternoon and will determine the starting grid based on the combined best lap times recorded by the three drivers.

The 3 Hours of Monza will start on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. local time and will be broadcast live on ACI Sport’s official Facebook and YouTube channels.
