Following a winning start to the season at Paul Ricard in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe, Oregon Team is back on track this weekend for the opening round of the International GT Open at the Algarve circuit. The team led by Jerry Canevisio and Giorgio Testa will be entering two Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2s for full-time program.
Now in its fourth season in the continental series, the Italian squad aims to uphold its reputation after claiming the Team title last year, repeating the success it first achieved in 2022, its debut season in the championship, when it also dominated the Drivers’ standings.
Sharing one of the cars from the Sant’Agata Bolognese manufacturer will be newcomer Antoine Doquin and Artem Petrov. The latter returns for his second year in the GT Open, again with Oregon Team, while Doquin (a French driver born in 2004) brings a solid background from the GT World Challenge Europe and an LMP3 title in the Asian Le Mans Series.
In the team’s other Lamborghini, a brand-new pairing will make its debut: 24-year-old Polish driver Robin Rogalski will share driving duties with 22-year-old Romanian Filip Ugran, who arrives from single-seaters and has recent experience in prototypes.
Both lineups will compete in the Pro class, aiming to make a strong impression right from the start on the 4.684 km Portimão circuit, a particularly demanding and undulating track that will host the opening round of the 20th edition of the series, which was launched in 2006 by GT Sport.
The Portuguese weekend officially kicks off tomorrow, Friday, April 25, with two free practice sessions. The first 25-minute qualifying session will get underway on Saturday at 10:10 am, followed by Race 1 (70 minutes) at 2:45 pm local time. The second qualifying session is scheduled for Sunday starting at 9:00 am, with Race 2 (60 minutes) at 1:15 pm, again local time.
Both races will be streamed live on the championship’s official YouTube channel: @GTOPENseries.

First take of the season and a double success at Paul Ricard for Oregon Team, which kicked off the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe campaign in perfect style. A commanding overall victory came from the Pro pairing of Frenchman Enzo Geraci and young Czech driver Josef Knopp, who was making his debut in the one-make continental series reserved for cars from the Sant’Agata Bolognese manufacturer. Brazilian driver Adalberto Baptista also claimed victory in the Lamborghini Cup, where he too was making his very first appearance.
The Le Castellet weekend began with Saturday’s two qualifying sessions. In the first, Geraci posted the second-fastest time – just one thousandth of a second off pole – while Knopp secured fifth in the second session. Another Oregon Team rookie, Rosario Messina, set the tenth-fastest time in the same class, with his teammate Gustaw Wisniewski placing ninth. In the Am class, Pietro Perolini secured the fourth-fastest time, with teammate Massimo Ciglia in fifth. Baptista recorded the fifth-best time in both Lamborghini Cup sessions.
In Saturday’s Race 1, a penalty of five seconds due to a safety car infringement pushed Geraci and Knopp out of the overall top ten, though they still managed to finish fourth in class and scored points. Less luck for Messina-Wisniewski, who were forced to retire five laps from the end. Perolini and Ciglia secured a fifth place in the Am class, while Baptista went off track and was forced to retire.
Race 2 on Sunday told a different story. In wet conditions, Knopp quickly moved up to third place at the start. After the pit stops, Geraci rejoined in second and launched a decisive attack on the final lap, overtaking the leading car of Guido Luchetti to clinch his first win of 2025.
Wisniewski and Messina finished eighth in class, continuing to build experience. Perolini and Ciglia claimed sixth in the Am category, maintaining consistent performance. The final surprise came from the Lamborghini Cup, where Baptista starred in the second half of the race and crossed the finish line in first place.
Next up for the Oregon Team is the GT Open round at Portimão on April 26-27, while the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe will return to action at the end of May for Round 2 in Monza.

Oregon Team is fielding a four-car entry in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe, which gets underway this weekend at the French circuit of Paul Ricard. It’s a strong line-up for team led by Jerry Canevisio and Giorgio Testa, who are entering one more car than they did last year in the one-make series reserved for the Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2s.
The Italian squad will be present in three out of four classes, including a double entry in the Pro. One confirmed name is 18-year-old Enzo Geraci, who made significant progress last season winning the Lamborghini Squadra Corse Young Driver Programs shootout last November. Teaming up with him will be 20-year-old newcomer Czech driver Josef Knopp, who has experience in GT4 and was crowned champion of the German series in 2024.
Also competing in the Pro category is a brand-new pairing featuring young rookie Rosario Messina (born in 2005). The Sicilian boy has recently raced in the Mitjet Italia Racing Series and the Italian GT Cup. He will share driving duties with 17-year-old Polish driver Gustaw Wisniewski, who arrives from karting and will be making his debut in the continental series after a strong showing in single-seaters, including the Spanish and Danish Formula 4 championships.
In the Am category, Massimo Ciglia returns to action. He previously won the 2022 Pro-Am title with Oregon Team before a stint in the Italian GT Championship. He’ll be sharing the cockpit with the experienced Pietro Perolini, who has been part of the Canevisio-Testa squad since 2022 and raced in the International GT Open the following year.
The Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe debut also awaits Adalberto Baptista. The Brazilian driver has already raced with Oregon Team in the Renault RS Trophy and will now compete in the Lamborghini Cup.

Oregon Team completed a very fruitful weekend at the Red Bull Ring. At the 4.3km Austrian track, the Italian squad secured their third win of the GT Open season as Alessio Deledda and race one polsitter Jordan Pepper claimed their second victory.
Oregon Team pair scored important points by delivering a lights-to-flag race one win in the Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2, and made a great recovery in race two allowing them to break into the top-10 overall and claim the ninth position.
As a result, Deledda now sits second in the drivers’ stadings three points behid the Audi duo of Christopher Haase/Simon Reicher, while Pepper is third, having missed the Hungaroring round due to a clash.
At Red Bull Ring the other Oregon Team’s crew formed by Leonardo Pulcini and Rolf Ineichen (the Swiss driver made his return to the series after missing the Hungaroring and Le Castellet rounds due the posthumous of the crash at Spa) finished third. In race two the duo secured the fourth position. Pulcini started sixth and, after the pit-stop, Ineichen rejoined the field in fourth position but dropped fourth al the last lap.
Artem Petrov and Marzio Moretti, sharing a third Oregon Team’s Lamborghini, achieved their best result of the season claiming the sixt position in race two after finishing eight in the Saturday’s race one.
The next GT Open round will be held in just two weeks in Barcelona (28-29 September), ahead of the grand-finale at the Monza hometrack in October.

Oregon Team returns to track this coming weekend (14-15 September) for the sixth of eight International GT Open rounds scheduled to take place at the Red Bull Ring track.
At the Austrian rollercoaster the team led by Jerry Canevisio and Giorgio Testa will be back on the grid fielding as usual three Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2 cars. One of these for Rolf Ineichen, who is set to rejoin the squad after being forced to miss the two previous rounds of Hungaroring and Paul Ricard due to the posthumous of the crash he suffered during the first qualifying session at Spa. The Swiss racer, who completed a test day at Vallelunga two weeks ago, will share driving duties with factory driver Leonardo Pulcini, who alongside German youngster Simon Connor Primm secured a victory in Budapest.
Another car will be for Alessio Deledda and South African Jordan Pepper, who claimed a victory last May at Hockenheim and claimed a third-place finish at Le Castellet in July, finishing second in the Spa mini-endurance. Deledda, who paired with Maximilian Paul at the Hungaroring, sits second in the stadings just three points behind the Audi duo formed by Christopher Haase and Simon Reicher.
Artem Petrov and Marzio Moretti will share the third Lambo and will try to bounce back following a tough first part of the season.
The two free practice sessions will kick-off the Red Bull Ring weekend. Qualifying one will start on Saturday at 9:50 to define the grid of the first 70-minute race scheduled since 14:20. Race two (one hour) will commence on Sunday at 13:15 after the Q2 session at 9:15.
Both races will be live streamed on YouTube @GTOPENseries.

One week after the GT Open round at Paul Ricard, Oregon Team heads to the Nürburgring for the fourth out of seven events of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe scheduled this coming weekend (27-28 July).
At the German track the Cremosano-based squad will have a revised line-up as Kevin Gilardoni makes his return in the one-make championship after three year of absence. The Swiss driver, who claimed the Pro title in 2021 for Oregon Team, will replace Davide Roda (who was injured in an incident in the free practice at Le Mans), joining Pietro Perolini.
To drive the second Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2 fielded by the Jerry Canevisio and Giorgio Testa led team will be again Frenchmen Paul Levet and Hungary’s László Tóth, who secured a good fifth positition in the only race held at Le Mans after having claimed two top-10 finishes at the Imola opener.
The other pair will be formed by Italian Leonardo Caglioni and Frenchman Enzo Geraci, who sit third in the Pro standings after having claimed a third place-finish at Imola, 22 point behind the leaders Largim Ali and Oliver Söderström.
The two Friday’s free practice sessions will kick-off the weekend. Qualifying are scheduled on Saturday, followed by the first of two 50-minute races scheduled at 16:00 pm. Race two will start on Sunday at 11:35 am. Both races will be live streamed on Lamborghini Squadra Corse’ YouTube channel.

Four weeks after securing their second win of the season at the most recent round at Hungaroring, Oregon Team is ready to tackle the fifth of eight GT Open events scheduled at the Paul Ricard circuit.
In France this coming weekend (20-21 July), the team led by Jerry Canevisio and Giorgio Testa arrives with a new addition. Joining Leonardo Pulcini in one of three Huracán GT3 EVO2 cars will be the young Belgian Amaury Bonduel, the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe Pro class leader, who replaces absent Rolf Ineichen. Bonduel and Pulcini (the latter finished first in the second race at Budapest alongside Simon Connor Primm) will form a high-lever crew aiming for top positions.
Driving a second Lamborghini will be returning Jordan Pepper, who missed the Hungaroring round due to a clash with the IMSA. South African will share driving duties with Alessio Deledda, who won at Hockenheim last May.
Marzio Moretti and Artem Petrov are fully confirmed. The pair endured a tough season start, claiming so far a best eight-place finish at the Portimão opener and now are eager for redemption.
In the overall standings Deledda sits fourth with 53 point, seven more than leaders Dominik Baumann and Mikaeel Pitamber (Mercedes). Pepper is at 45 points, followed by Pulcini (40).
The two free practice sessions will start the action on Friday. Qualifying one will commence on Saturday at 11:35 am. The first of two races (70 minutes long) will start at 17:45 pm. Qualifying two is scheduled on Sunday at 9:30 am. Race two (60 minutes) will start at 13:35 pm.
Both races will be live streamed on www.youtube.com/user/GTOPENseries.

Oregon Team has secured its second win of the season in the International GT Open. Following the victory claimed at Hockenheim with Alessio Deledda and Jordan Pepper pair, the team led by Jerry Canevisio and Giorgio Testa celebrated another success in the second of the two races at the Hungaroring, which hosted the fourth of the eight rounds, courtesy of Leonardo Pulcini and youngster German Simon Connor Primm, the latter replacing absent Rolf Ineichen at the wheel of the #63 Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2.
Nineteen-year-old Connor Primm, who made his debut in the series, set the ninth best lap in the second qualifying and did an excellent start in race two when he moved up to fifth to maintain the position despite an early safety car period.
After the pit stops Pulcini did the rest of the work. The Roman driver returned to the track in third place, overtaking the Porsche of Swede Gustav Bergström a few minutes from the end, and then, on the penultimate lap, also the Ferrari of leader Alessandro Cozzi, with whom he had a contact.
In the first race on Saturday, Pulcini and Connor Primm finished just off the podium, taking a fourth-place finish. On the same occasion, Alessio Deledda, partnered with the returning Maximilian Paul (who replaced Pepper due to a clash with IMSA’s 6 Hours of the Glen), achieved a good seventh place.
Unfortunately, Paul lost a few positions at the start of race two, slipping from sixth to ninth immediately. For him and Deledda, it resulted in another seventh-place finish, with the Italian now third in the championship with 53 points, just seven behind leaders Dominik Baumann-Mikaeel Pitamber (Mercedes).
Finally, it was a very tough weekend for Marzio Moretti and Artem Petrov in the third Lamborghini fielded by the Oregon Team, finishing seventeenth in race two after Petrov was initially involved in a contact on Saturday and then retired.
The next International GT Open event is in almost a month, on July 20-21, at the French circuit of Paul Ricard, exactly one week before the fourth round of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe, which will see the Cremosano team engaged at the Nürburgring.

Less than a week after the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe race at Le Mans, Oregon Team is set for the fourth out of eight International GT Open rounds scheduled this coming weekend (22-23 June) at the Hungaroring track.
The Italy-based squad heads to the halfway point of the season with a partially revised line-up. Alongside Alessio Deledda, second in the recent event at Spa and winner at Hockenheim in one of the Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2 cars fielded by the Jerry Canevisio&Giorgio Testa-led team, will not be the factory driver Jordan Pepper. Due to a clash with the IMSA’s Six Hours of Glen, the South African driver will be replaced by Maximilian Paul, a front-runner in the DTM, who makes is return to the Oregon Team with which in 2023 raced all the GT Open championship claiming a victory at the Hungaroring and three more at Paul Ricard, Nürburgring and Monza.
Another novelty concerns the other factory driver Leonardo Pulcini, who will not pair with Rolf Ineichen, who had an incident in Spa. The Swiss driver will be replaced by 19-year-old German racer Simon Connor Primm, who has some experience in the ADAC GT Masters.
No changement instead for the duo Marzio Moretti–Artem Petrov, who showed well at Spa in the qualifying and finished ninth after a difficult season start.
The two free practice sessions will kick-off the weekend on Friday. The first of two qualifying sessions is scheduled on Saturday at 9:45am, followed by 70-minute race one that will start at 2:30pm. Qualifying two will commence on Sunday at 9:15am. Race two will start at 1:45pm.
As usual, both races will be streamed live on championship’s YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/user/GTOPENseries.

It will be a long and intense week starting on Wednesday for Oregon Team. The Italy-based squad is preparing for one of the most exciting trips of the season, heading to the Le Mans circuit for the third of six double events of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe.
On the 13.6 kms track of la Sarthe, which also hosts the 24 Hours this week, Oregon Team arrives with Pietro Perolini and Davide Roda pair still leading the Am class. After a second place-finish and a victory the first round at Imola, the Italian duo secured another second place at Spa, following a red-flag-shortened race two. In other words, Perolini and Roda arrive at Le Mans with the goal of extending their championship lead on a track that is almost entirely new to most of the drivers.
Leonardo Caglioni and Enzo Geraci, currently third in the Pro class standings, 24.5 points from the leadership, will also be looking to earn more points at Le Mans. So far, their best result is a third place in the season opener at Imola, and in France, they aim to return to the podium.
After a double zero at Spa, the other duo Paul Levet and Laszlo Toth is definitely seeking redemption. The Frenchman and the Hungarian have yet to reach the podium, and they will try again on the French track.
Given the combination with the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the program will start in earnest on Wednesday with a single 45-minute free practice session scheduled for 10:30am. The two qualifying sessions (20 minutes each) will begin at 17:30pm. Race one will kick off on Thursday at 13:1pm, and after a one-day break, the second 45-minute race will start on Saturday at 9:1am, with streaming available on Lamborghini Squadra Corse’s YouTube channel.
